Hello! My name is Christine Swanson and I am the owner of Swanson Simple Solutions, LLC which I created in 2008. I have a degree in Office Systems Technology, Administrative Assistant. I have 10 years experience working in the corporate world. I started out helping in a legal office for a couple of hours a week in high school, to a college intern, to working full time for an Attorney in that same legal office. Since then I have worked for a Senior Vice President, Vice Presidents, and an Executive Director of a children's health clinic which has multiple locations.
Because I have always been detailed-oriented and organized, I wanted to go into the Administrative Assistant field. I love helping people and organizing the chaos that sometimes envelopes them. I started Swanson Simple Solutions, LLC because I started to dislike the effects of being in the office full-time as well as being a full-time mom and wife. I wanted to break out of the corporate box and look for an avenue that would let me be a present mom as well as have an outlet for my talents and abilities. As soon as I found out I could do both, I steered myself in that direction and have not looked back! What helped me get to where I am is going through the AssistU Virtual Training Program. A.U. is an online University that has a 20-week training program which prepares someone not only to become a Virtual Assistant but also on how to create a small business.
